There is a great mobilization of youth to join the IJRA and benefit from opportunities. There is also a multiplication of joint initiatives by youth and women. There are numerous requests for bilingual training in French and English. There is a strong presence of non-schooled young mothers. However, there is a lack of office material to retain this idle youth.
